Setup & Parking
- Vendors have a separate entrance and parking area away from general parking.
- Have your vehicle unloaded and parked in the vendor lot before 10:00 AM.
- For safety, vehicles cannot re-enter the park until all guests have left, even if the weather turns.
- You may bring wagons to carry items back to your vehicle during operating hours.
- Let us know each day if any workers or helpers will arrive after 10 AM.
What to Bring
We do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or generators. All tent poles must be weighted down while the tent is up.
For layout purposes, tell us the approximate size of the tent or area you need, including any trailer, in length by width.
Vendors are responsible for their own trash each day. A large dumpster sits across from the vendor entrance.
Food Vendors: Licensing
All food vendors need a food license. If you don't have one, a temporary license can be obtained by calling the Department of Business and Professional Regulation one week before the event opens. An inspector comes out on opening day.
Food vendors must include a certificate of liability listing Partin Ranch Corn Maze / Dave & Cindy Partin as additional insured.
No vaping, smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs are permitted on the property.
