Field Trips
A trip to Partin Ranch is fun and educational. Students get a hands-on look at harvesting crops, the machinery that does it, and the animals on a working cattle ranch.

Homeschool groups: one teacher is admitted free per family.

Combine / harvester ride
Children under 10 need parent or guardian permission to ride, and one adult rider must accompany each party per ride. All riders stay seated and buckled. Children under 2 may ride in an adult's lap, and we reserve the right to decide whether a child is small enough to be a lap rider.
Zip line
Our zip lines are inspected and very safe. The harnesses only accommodate riders 85 lb and under, and all riders must fit in a harness to ride.
Both rides require a signed parent permission slip. Keep them for your records: we do not need a copy.

Arriving & Checking In
- Everyone attending receives a wristband at the entrance, which is required for the zip line and the combine.
- Large groups: please send one representative to admissions to check in and collect wristbands, so the gate doesn't back up.
- Everyone attending must be present at check-in for admittance.
Buses must be under 12 ft 6 in tall to fit through the tunnel entrance to the parking area.
Food & Lunch
- Ranch burgers and hot dogs for purchase
- Freshly pressed apple cider and fresh cider donuts for purchase
- Packed lunches are welcome, and you may bring coolers
- We have no way to heat food
- Drinks and snacks at the Pumpkin Patch General Store
- Cash or card accepted at all vendors
Homeschool group organizers: please pass the food options along to the other parents attending.
