Party Tent Rentals
Book the party tent for a birthday, a reunion, or any excuse to get a group out to the ranch. You get the tent and the tables for the hours you reserve, and everyone in your group gets into the festival at the group rate.
$35 an hour
For the tent itself, charged for the hours you reserve.
$12 per person
The group rate, for every guest aged 3 and over, no matter how many of you there are.
There is one party tent, so only one group can book a given day and time. Send your request and we'll be in touch to confirm before anything is booked.
What you get
- The party tent and its picnic tables for your reserved hours.
- Festival admission for everyone in the group at the $12 group rate.
- The area cleaned and ready before you arrive.
What to bring
- Decorations. You're welcome to bring your own and put them up.
- Food, drinks, and a cake. Bring your own or buy from the vendors.
Setting up and taking down your own decorations is up to your group. We leave 30 minutes between bookings to clean and reset the area, so the tent is ready when your time starts.
Payment is made in full at the admission booth when you arrive: the tent hours plus $12 for each person in your group. Nothing is taken online.
Parties run on open days only: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays & Sundays.
